Double-D Avenger Movie News
" We are thrilled to announce that "The Double-D Avenger" has been licensed to a major French film distributor, for distribution in Europe of a French language version of our successful film! This French language version of "The Double-D Avenger" will soon be available on DVD and VHS video throughout France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra, and all other French speaking countries! Although fans in Europe have been able to purchase our original English-language version of the film on DVD, this is the first time a French language version is now available! "The Double-D Avenger" will be part of a cult movie series on DVD and VHS, with many of the other French language titles coming from the famous Roger Corman film library! A massive European advertising/publicity campaign is planned! ."


THRILLVILLE WAS A HUGE THRILL!
"Our recent theatrical event at the famous Parkway Theater in Oakland, California, was one of the biggest screeings 'The Double-D Avenger' has had! The 'Thrillville' screening was a completely sold out show! Nearly every San Francisco newspaper covered the screening, giving 'The Double-D Avenger' a ton of press and the usual fantastic reviews!

The DDA cast was absolutely amazed by the mob of fans the screening attracted, and all were delighted at the non-stop laughter from the packed theater! Several audience members were literally rolling in the aisles during Lunden De Leon's now famous 'Crockozilla' fruit scene!

Lunden De' Leon
signed with Marrland Entertainment, a Los Angeles based film company.  This 5 year development deal will allow her to produce and direct movies for television and theatrical releases through her film company, Premier Entertainment.  Her first film called The Four Horsemen is in pre-production and will star D.H. Peligro, formerly of the Dead Kennedys.

"De' Leon Inks Move Deal"
is the current topic in The Haiti Observateur Newspaper.  Lunden's new movie stars Actor/Musician D.H. Peligro.  Peligro is the frontman of the group simply called Peligro.  He is also former drummer of the Dead Kennedys and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

 

 

Entertainment reporter Lionel Gayle went one-on-one with Lunden for an exclusive story in The Weekly Star Entertainment Newspaper.

 

Fans in Prairie View Missouri and Marco Island-Naples Florida tuned into Lunden when she was a guest on KYMO Sporting News Radio with Reed Howell and News Radio 1660 with Steve Reynolds.  "I had a blast doing both shows," says Lunden.  "Reed at KYMO and Steve at News Radio 1660 are both smart wonderful men.  If you're in the area check them out.  You'll be in for a treat!"

DE' LEON INKS 5 MOVIE DEAL
Hollywood, California- After starring in the action movie "Undercover," actress Lunden De' Leon has signed a five picture deal with the Los Angeles based production house, Marr Land Films.

CEO of Marr Land Films, Stanley Wellington, announced today that the company has signed a deal with De' Leon's film company Premiere Entertainment, allowing the actress to produce movies for television and theatrical release.

The five films, which will be produced over the next two years, will begin with "Irrebuttable Presumption."  A court room drama about a district attorney who challenges the court system.  Followed by "The Four Horsemen," described as an action movie with the intrigue of "Clear and Present Danger," the gritty of "Traffic" and the fast pace action of "Lethal Weapon."

"I'm lucky to have signed a deal with a company who has such a close-knit crew of creative, passionate and motivating filmmakers," says De' Leon.  "This is truly a dream."


Lunden is featured in the Entertainment Section of the Haiti Observateur Newspaper.  The paper is available in the US, Montreal, Port-au Prince, and Paris.

Variety magazine gives the hilarious comedy "The Double-D Avenger" rave reviews.  The movie co-stars Lunden and is available in the US, Europe and Japan.


The Sacramento Observer Newspaper talks about Lunden's starring role in the series "Sitcom."

The current topic in Colorado Woman Magazine is "Guinness Recognizes First Black Actress to Star in an Online Series."  Lunden's recent Guinness record makes news around the world.

It's official: Guinness World Records names Lunden "First Black Actress to Star in an Online Series."  Lunden has also been nominated for a Spirit of Women Award.

Extra! Extra!
Lunden went one on one with newspaper reporters in Florida discussing her upcoming role in the action movie "Undercover."  She also entertained fans in Daytona Beach when she was a guest on the popular show "Alive & Kicken" with host Leesa Marie Benz.

Lunden will star in the upcoming thriller Faux-Pas portraying the character of Denise Richmond directed by Edward Chitate. The movie also stars Monica  Calhoun best known for her unforgettable roles in The Players Club, Best Man, Love and Basketball. Salli Richardson best known for Low Down Dirty Shame with Keenen Ivory Wayans and Jada Pickett Smith and Posse with Mario Van Peebles.  Also starring in Faux-Pas is Traci Bingham from Baywatch. This movie is full of twists and turns with a cast of some of the most beautiful black actresses in Hollywood.

Lunden has signed on to appear in The DD Avenger, the first in a series of sexy action / comedy feature films by writer/producer/director William Winckler. The film also stars movie legend Kitten Natividad (star of Russ Meyers's Beneath the Valley of the Ultravixens)! 

There is plenty of hair-raising escapes, spectacular battles and mile-a-minute cars chases! The film is destined to become a classic.
